The client, is a global  IT consultancy headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. the client sought to transform their new Kings Cross offices in central London into an innovation centre suitable interactive client workshops and community events.
The story so far...

The client, founded in 2000, has grown into one of the leading IT consultancies in Europe, with 10 offices across 6 different countries. As a key growth market, the UK was a strategic focus for the client, particularly their new offices in Kings Cross, London. With a vision to create an innovation centre that could host a variety of events, the client sought a partner who could bring this vision to life.

The challenge of creating an innovation centre

The client faced the challenge of transforming their new office space into an innovation centre that could host both client and community events. The space needed to be flexible and modular to accommodate events of different scales, from large internal gatherings to more intimate client engagements.

Why the client chose Victoryworks

the client chose to work with Victoryworks due to our proven experience in working with tech companies and our expertise in building experiential environments and coordinating events. Our ability to deliver a flexible and modular space that met their specific needs was key to their decision to partner with us.

How Victoryworks Responded

Victoryworks collaborated closely with the senior leadership team at the client to develop mock-up designs for the innovation centre. The designs focused on creating an experiential environment that could be used for both client and community events. The brief also required the space to be flexible and modular, allowing for events of varying scales.

Victoryworks built a bespoke modular stand using a 50-inch Surface Hub Pro, along with a modular seating area. We then coordinated the first pilot community event, which was run in person and streamed globally via a LinkedIn live stream. The first event saw over 100 in-person attendees and over 60 participants on the livestream.

The Results

As a result of the collaboration, Netcompany now has a fully modular innovation centre suitable for community and client events. The first pilot community event launched successfully with 100 attendees and 60 participants on the livestream, demonstrating the effectiveness of the new space and the value of the partnership with Victoryworks.
